Hi, my name is Vanessa.
Long before sharing with the world my love of travel and being outdoors I was just a kid making dirt pies and building stick houses. Now I travel full time with my husband and our son Aiden searching for the next adventure, the next trail, the next swimming hole.
At the beginning of the pandemic we decided we would buy an RV and travel for six months while we were all working and homeschooling from laptops. It took us three years to line up our new found hobby of photography and social media management into a career so we could travel full time.
We work exclusively with brands in the outdoor industry traveling to beautiful places and navigating what it is like living on the road. My goal, here on this blog/website, is to share with you the places I want to inspire you to visit whether that is a National Park, an outdoor event, or an amazing campground. I hope I have made it easy for you to navigate and that you find inspiration and guidance here. You don’t have to be a full time traveler to get out and enjoy nature based adventures and frankly they are the least expensive but the most impactful vacations you will ever take.
Before I go, I also want to mention that I won’t share every campground we have ever been too. Some of them I just don’t recommend and I have no desire to be a critic. What you will find here on the campgrounds page are places to stay in each state that I loved enough to write about them. It is October of 2024 as I type this and we have not traveled to every state yet so many states you will find empty. I hope you stick around as we travel across the U.S filling up this website along the way.
Happy Travels,
Vanessa
